A Tribute to Isaac Tumbley
Ok, for everyone back home, this post is dedicated to a college mate of mine, Isaac Trumbley. I'm doing this cos he's extremely offended I haven't mentioned him in any of my posts.
So, I noticed this tall man with a short beard and goatee, wearing this back hat(not a cap, buttoned down shirt, tie, sneakers and a long black coat. Very striking amongst the mass of college kids. My first impression was that he seemed armish or something like that. Then, he randomly mentioned a computer job, so that obviously gave it away. He was a computer geek. I would think no one really could understand Isaac's persona, because everyone just made assumptions about the type of person he was.
All that started to change when I realised we take the same bus from school. That's when we first started talking. One striking conversation we had was about his wife. (He's been married since 18, i think he's 24 this year)So he says something like "I tricked her into marrying me. She didn't wear glasses, so she couldn't really see me." That gave me a whole different impression, now, he's just creepy. As more bus rides occured, he just became creepier. I was almost afraid of him.
But, in class, Isaac began to piss of a certain bitch,Holly. That when I began to think, yeah, I like this guy. Just as I was starting to think he's cool, he calls me a "frigid bitch" in front of the whole class. So yeah.. I really don't know.
HAHA.
Ok.. Isaac is the coolest Kingstonian that walks Kingston grounds. He's smart, funny and a ton of fun to talk to. His sense of style, suits him perfectly, except maybe u should wear different shoes. And NO Isaac, I don't think I'm smarter that you.. despite what you say. And on a final note, Let's go skating!

Late update!
So, I've been extremely lazy to blog these few days cos I'm having wayy to much fun here! Ok, I'll start with school. School's been pretty alright, not too stressful cos our schedule's really good, so that has really helped a lot. There's a lot going on with the people at school but I'm just really too tired with the "That bitch stole my boyfriend" gossip, so I do other things like stare out of the cafeteria window and look at the snow falling down, or look out for cute boys.
Moving in with my friend Crissy, is probably one of the best decisions I've made. I keep her company and make her laugh when we're sober, and she makes me laugh when she's high, and we both teach Fernando, my other roomie how to read. In turn, he makes us cocktails, so who needs to go clubbing now, when we have an in- house bartender. That's how my weekends have been the last couple of weeks, at home drinking while loud house music is blasting from the huge speakers.
I love where I live cos, downtown is a 20 min walk away, so instead of getting drunk at the club last night, Chrissy and I, walked downtown and watched all the drunk people stumble out of the clubs. It was a lot of fun to watch drunks, and funnier when u know them! Before that, we went skating for a whole 30 mins until our feet hurt like a bitch, so we decided to stop. Then a couple hrs later, we went back, to go tobagaining, we used a magic carpet instead cos it's a lot faster. So tobagaining is when u sit on a plastic sheet or box and go down a hill, which is covered in snow. We spent a good 2 hrs flying down the hill till we were almost frozen, then we went home.
So besides playing in the snow, which is knee-deep in the backyard, and working on our fort, most days have been spent watching dvds, cooking, making cocktails, manja-ing the cat and chilling at home or going over to Troy's for drinks.
So that's about it for now.. oh and to ALL, watch APOCALYPTO!!! Best movie I've seen this year. I'm not sure about Smokin' Aces, I'll be catching that on Tuesday, so i'll update!

Who needs a man when you have a cat?
So here's the scoop on the new favourite thing in my life. This little buddy of mine is called Nuy(pronounced Nu-yi). Its not really my cat, its my roomie Fernando's cat, but I think he likes me better, cos I'm female and he's male. He misses a woman's touch, see. I think he's just using me for my blanket, cos ever since I've been here he's been napping on my blanket. But beneath is adorable face, lies a little tiger, I've been scratched so many times now. He's a cool cat and I love him! So I guess I don't hate cats anymore, because apprently, everyone here has a freakin cat, so you just kinda get used to them. I even want to get one of my own, but I don't think Nuy will like it too much, so I'll just stick to Nuy for now!
